It's been over a year and my sinus mask is still working! The main upgrade I immediately noticed was the pliability of the bendable nose piece in the mask. It's way stiffer than the one I originally had. I'm unsure whether they revisited the connection between the mask and power supply because upon receipt, I used medical tape to secure the connection (my original one stopped working when those parts kept coming undone/apart with little or no movement).
