Quizás el único "problema" es que el bote se llena rápidamente, pero por el precio me pareció un excelente producto.

A: Yes it comes with a cord for power. It works very good.

**Q: My office assist, kensington m 100s does not turn on. ;/off/reverse/ forward.  the switches are refractory? what to do? return? amazon phone not worki**
A: Try unplugging and then check the shredder for paper stuck in the teeth. Oleg back in and try again.

**Q: It says you don’t have to remove staples or clips????**
A: I leave staples and ir does fine.  I always take off paper clips no matter how small.

Surprisingly this works great and is doing better job shredding docs than a much more expensive paper shredder I bought from an Office supply store that died after paper got jammed up !
