Much easier to install and deal with than an H.I.D. retrofit installing projectors.4. Fewer parts than H.I.D. systems5. Cheaper than H.I.D. systems and cost per lumen actually makes these a better buy IMHO.6. Less light spread than H.I.D. conversions w/o projectors making them safer for oncoming drivers and you.Cons:1. Limited (read 1) option for color. 6000k is fine for snow, it sucks on dark rainy roads. I would have much preferred a 5000k option. At this juncture, if you live in someplace like Portland or Seattle where its dark and rainy all winter, halogens are better. H.I.D. systems with proper projectors are way better.2. Light spread is patchy and uneven with dark and light spots and doesn't give nearly as clear a view to the side as a good H.I.D. retrofit.3. There is still some light scatter when installing these into standard reflector assemblies so keeping your headlights aimed properly is a big issue and depending on your locale, could be the difference between tickets or no tickets.Conclusion: For my application, a 2000 Ford Focus "beater with a heater" in Alaska, these are simply awesome and I would buy them again.The car isn't worth doing a full retrofit on with projectors, and the stock halogens just couldn't compete against all the glare from other headlights coming at me on the road. These allow me to see even when pickup trucks with H.I.D. conversions are running their blinding low beams and fog lights at me. Rain only happens around here during the time of year when it's light outside for most of the day so my need for a 4500k bulb is limited. As they say, "your mileage may vary", so I would take into consideration your climate and your vehicles value and how long you intend to keep it before deciding between an L.E.D. conversion like these or a full H.I.D. retrofit. For maximum performance, the H.I.D. is the winner, but if youre on a budget, these are far more practical and far easier to deal with than an H.I.D. conversion. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Easy peezy *by S***N on Reviewed in the United States πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ on February 12, 2018* Picked these up to replace standard headlights for 2015 Chevy Impala. The connectors fit, but either the metal wasn't machined correctly where it was supposed to twist in, or the plastic on my headlamp assembly wasn't machined correctly. However, I used my drill and shaved away a little of the plastic to get it to snap in and it was snug. The driver's side was very loose for some reason, but I don't feel as if it will fall out of place. The lights were bright even for the daytime, and they have a cooler bluish hue to them. As of now I will rate them 5 stars for the price. Autozone wanted close to $150 for a pair that were rated similar in terms of luminosity. A third of the price!? LED?
