Upon arrived, it was packaged well, wrapped up, and came with instructions on how to take the cup apart for cleaning, something I've never gotten with a waterbottle. It is SO easy to take apart once you figure it out, and easy to put back together. I also tugged on the silicone a LOT, to test the durability, and it's impressively sturdy.I also find that I drink more water when I have this with me. I am chronically dehydrated because I literally just forget to drink water, but having a huge periwinkle colored water bottle right in front of my face is enticing enough for my brain to be like "oh yeah, I need to drink water." I also appreciate the fact that this can be easily left or right handed!
