First, they do not arrive with directions, so you have to search out direction online, which we did not do. We had used bandages designed in a similar fashion and felt confident using them. Half an hour later we had a pile of useless plastic in the garbage can and had returned to the fabric format that we had been using previously. Our advice...do not waste your money.
