Most short aftermarket antennas I’ve used lose FM signal as soon as you get away from town. This one actually continues to pull in FM stations even when I’m out on the trails. While streaming music is great when you have service, there are still plenty of times when having a reliable radio antenna really matters. After plenty of use, it’s held up extremely well. My husband purchased 2 other short antennas, cool looking but they didn't work well. Through town our most powerful local radio station had static.
