I spent several days feeling dizzy and so exhausted I kept having to go back to bed, and finally ordered some things to help (I went way out on a limb and ordered andrenal extract, without a blood test, but it's for short term). About 4 days afterwards, I started to feel more normal. This was just part of the regimen; so, it's hard to really be sure what part it played.But, since regaining a more normal energy level, I became aware that I was suffering from a lot of fear and anxiety and ordered the Fearless Spray by the same company. You can see my review of that for how remarkable it's effects have been. I use that a lot, but, if I notice that it's not doing the trick, completely, I consider that maybe it's not so much the fear, but the grief, and use this. At the right time, it also makes a remarkable difference.
