It has a hanger for a shirt/jacket, and a small tray to hold whatever stuff was in your trouser pockets. Personally, I use it like a valet stand - this trouser press doesn't cost much more than a good solid valet stand (there are lots of cheaper ones which look likely to work a screw loose and start leaning over after a few months - cf cheap clothes rails).
