I've read this marvelous book aloud innumerable times, and it's now one of my all-time favorite children's books--right up there with *Where the Wild Things Are* and *Harold and his Purple Crayon*. Elegantly and poetically crafted, beautifully illustrated, and very funny--the story also carries a really important message for kids about being respectful of others. The authors (Sammie and Tudie) are extraordinarily talented and unusually creative children's performers, and this is their first book--so I'm sure that all their young (and young-minded) admirers will be totally thrilled. *Be A Thinker Not a Stinker* is simply delightful, and I couldn't recommend it more highly.
