Plenty of heat but perfectly balanced with a ton of flavor. I’ve made a couple batches of smoked & grilled wings with it so far, & it was the perfect seasoning to kick them up a few notches. I’ve also mixed it into sauces & dips, & it’s been perfect for taking those from “great” to “amazing” as well. One taste & I was hooked... I will be back for more, many times over! Give it a shot! You will not regret it! Pics are rubbed/smoked/grilled.Update 2/20/18: This stuff has been so good I just came back for 4 more bottles and sent some to friends, who have now used it, and I think I can say we are all officially hooked.
