I am staying out of state for a radical spinal surgery and am on total bedrest and am on Oxygen. I left my diffuser at home so I ordered this one to help me relax and to counteract the dryness from the oxygen. The main reason I chose this model was for the remote control so I coupd control it from bed. The machine itself is great, but the remote is total rubbish! It only works if you are standing close enough to ths machine to actually just press the buttons on it, and even then you have to press the button at least 10 times for it to actually work. It is 100% useless. I tried looking in the handbook to find out if I was doing something wrong and there is zero mention of the remoate at all. It isnt evdn listed in the “included” list portion.
