It’s adjustable and stays how I put it. It hasn’t fallen over at all. Can’t beat the deal for the money in my opinion.

It is not super sturdy with heavier devices works best on flat surfaces. All in all this is a no-frills, inexpensive stand that does the job for watching videos, video calls, or general desk use.
