I am disabled from an accident in 2012. Prior to that, my favorite way of relaxing was taking long baths. Now that my arms and legs are partially paralyzed, I thought I’d never be able to be stable enough to take a bath. (Just to be clear, I have been showering but it isn’t nearly as relaxing as a nice, long bath.) I’ve tried all sorts of non-slip products, most of which peeled off the first time I ran water in the tub. Walk-in tubs cost thousands of dollars and I can’t afford that. After seeing this on Buzzfeed, I thought I’d take a chance. Well, after 6 years I FINALLY GOT TO TAKE A BATH!! This mat stayed exactly in place and gave my feet a stable footing, so to speak. It was wonderful!!! No more do I have to sit in a cold shower waiting for the water to warm up. I bought this extra long mat instead of two standard size mats to be sure it would cover the entire length of the tub and it does.The first issue I had with this product is the way it is packaged. It comes rolled so tightly that some of the suction cups are permanently folded down onto themselves and the end in the middle of the rollup, doesn't EVER unroll.The second issue, and for me the most important, is this mat is so stiff you can feel every single suction cup, and it hurt my feet so bad, I used it once and gave it to a friend.
