It’s pretty pricey, but so worth it for the quality of the ingredients and the amounts. Love that it has iron in it and good forms of b12, Vitamin D, and Folate. Our kids can’t tolerate methylated vitamins and neither can I and they have not experienced any side effects or jittery feelings with these. Taste is similar to flintstone vitamins. I do wish that you didn’t have to take two wafers (they are about the size of a dime each). The bottle is big, but the wafers take up only about a quarter of the bottle. These go fast, especially if you have more than one kiddo. But, since there aren’t many other kids vitamins that are methylated free, it’s nice that these are available.
