Review: Best moisturiser! - I like this moisturising lotion a lot. I used to buy it from iHerb and glad now I can get it on desertcart. I paid £35.59 for a pack of 2 (bought from the seller Parawan and fulfilled by desertcart) which is more than £17 per one. Quite pricey for a moisturiser but it's totally worth it! Keep in mind each bottle has 89ml instead of usual 30-50ml so the price is actually good. Lots of creams nowadays are much more expensive than this one but when you look at the ingredient list you realize most of it is just water, glycerin and silicones and you are paying mostly for the famous brand on the jar. On the other hand, this moisturiser is packed with good active ingredients such as Niacinamide, Ceramides and hyaluronic acid. It actually works and it feels great! It's very light and pleasant to the skin, has no smell at all and does fantastic job making your skin look and feel healthy. My understanding is when a cream is high in glycerin (attracts moisture) and contains dimethicone (occlusive ingredient ) then it’s designed to seal in moisture, so I then use it on damp sometimes wet skin. Sometimes then layering with a more moisturising cream after if I need it as the occlusivity is what I’m wanting from the first cream. I’ve not tried it yet as I didn’t realise it contains ceterayl alcohol which for me with a little rosacea/sensitive skin can sting if my skins a little irritated or broken. But will try when my skins calmer, oily. However everyone’s skin is different and believe it’s one of the alcohols that’s classified as a non drying, fatty alcohol that helps soften the skin. I've had what looked like a rash around my nose all the way up to my eyebrows for a couple of years, thought it maybe stress related, nothing i tried got rid of it - apart from steriod cream which isnt recommended for the face, even then, it would come back and would be quite itchy and kinda scaly, it was getting me down. 2 days after getting this its almost all away, my skin around my nose and onto my cheeks feels smooth again and the redness is all but gone.
