After taking this for a week, I feel like my skin is smoother and more firm. I haven't had to wear as much foundation because my skin is breaking out less, my pores look smoother, and I also feel like the lines around my eyes look better. I've been wanting to get into painting my nails, but they always seem to break once they get long, so I never thought it was worth it to paint them. Now, when I tap on my desk they feel super strong, long, and I don't feel like they are going to break if I accidentally hit my fingernail on something! They seemed to have also grown faster within the past week, so I'm really looking forward to putting a clear coat over them tonight.
