**Q: What am I missing?? What's the value difference between this set and the many other similar sets for almost half this price? (not a challenge)**
A: There is a two-step polishing process to create a non-splinter basket plus a quality control procedure for each basket and tool before they are packaged. 
We include a specialized tool for each step of your sourdough process:
o	A dough whisk for mixing before autolyzing
o	A Plastic scraper to pull the wet dough out of the mixing bowl 
o	A metal scraper to cut and shape your dough 
o	Two proofing baskets with liner for a better rising of your dough
o	A bread lame to score your dough for a better oven spring 
The kit is packed in a designer box, which makes it a great gift. 
Also included are three detailed color e-books:  
o	How to Make Sourdough from Scratch—includes a homemade sourdough starter recipe and step-by-step instructions,

**Q: Where is this product made?**
A: From searching around the internet I’d certainly say Asia. And a search of the word “Shori” shows origin is Japanese.  I will tell you, this is a quality set even though it is very reasonably priced.  I bought this set about two years ago and it has held up very well.  I followed the instructions on care. It has really complimented my learning to bake sourdough.
