Operating at 320 watts for rapid heating and throttling down to 160 watts for energy efficiency, it safely heats poly and steel drums without overheating, preserving expensive materials and preventing waste. Its plug-and-play setup and water-resistant industrial-grade vinyl shell make it a reliable, year-round solution for professional industrial heating needs. ## Description The Powerblanket BH60RR-UK 60-litre industrial drum and barrel heater offers a state-of-the-art heating system that is far superior to traditional band heaters, which localize the heat to only one spot. The Powerblanket drum heater encases the entire drum in a heating blanket, insulating the entire drum and distributing the heat across the entire surface. The BH60RR drum heater runs at 320 watts so that things warm up quickly, then it automatically cuts back to only 160 watts to maintain the temperature. It is water resistant, and can be used safely on poly and steel industrial drum & barrels or grease lube kegs. Another great feature is the pre-set fixed thermostat which limits the maximum temperature of the contents to approximately 38 °C/100 ºF (± 5 ºC/10 ºF). The BH60RR drum heater is very easy to install and truly is a plug and play heating solution. Plug the industrial drum heating blanket into your electrical power outlet and Powerblanket drum heater will do the rest. Let Powerblanket protect your assets and keep your business running efficiently all year long. ## Features - Pre-set internal thermostat prevents product temperature from going above 38 °C / 100 °F ( ± 3 °C) - Insulated full wrap-around design ensures equal heat distribution - Preserve expensive materials without overheating or burning - Prevent product waste by safely maintaining consistent temperatures - Works safely on both poly and steel industrial drums and barrels ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | Manufacturer | Powerblanket | | Part number | BH60RR-UK | | Item Weight | 2.72 kg | | Package Dimensions | 100 x 50 x 14.5 cm; 2.72 kg | | Item model number | BH60RR-UK | | Colour | Black | | Material | Industrial Grade D-15 Vinyl Exterior Shell | | Item thickness | 1.91 Centimetres | | Power source type | AC | | Voltage | 240 Volts | | Wattage | 320 watts | | Item Package Quantity | 1 | | Included components | One Powerblanket BH60RR-UK 60-Litre Full Coverage Insulated Industrial Drum Heating Blanket | | Batteries included? | No | | Batteries Required? | No | ## Images ![Powerblanket BH60RR-UK Insulated Rapid Ramp Drum Heater, Grease Keg Barrel Heating Blanket, Fixed Thermostat Set to Maintain 38 Degree C, 60 L, Black - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81O-iEpEAeL.jpg) ![Powerblanket BH60RR-UK Insulated Rapid Ramp Drum Heater, Grease Keg Barrel Heating Blanket, Fixed Thermostat Set to Maintain 38 Degree C, 60 L, Black - Image 2](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81PCSNghdeL.jpg) ![Powerblanket BH60RR-UK Insulated Rapid Ramp Drum Heater, Grease Keg Barrel Heating Blanket, Fixed Thermostat Set to Maintain 38 Degree C, 60 L, Black - Image 3](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81dy61POezL.jpg) ![Powerblanket BH60RR-UK Insulated Rapid Ramp Drum Heater, Grease Keg Barrel Heating Blanket, Fixed Thermostat Set to Maintain 38 Degree C, 60 L, Black - Image 4](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/417qkEHnQwL.jpg) ![Powerblanket BH60RR-UK Insulated Rapid Ramp Drum Heater, Grease Keg Barrel Heating Blanket, Fixed Thermostat Set to Maintain 38 Degree C, 60 L, Black - Image 5](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81QU-whbmHL.jpg) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.tn/products/61052833-powerblanket-bh60rr-uk-insulated-rapid-ramp-drum-heater-grease-keg](https://www.desertcart.tn/products/61052833-powerblanket-bh60rr-uk-insulated-rapid-ramp-drum-heater-grease-keg) --- *Product available on Desertcart Tunisia* *Store origin: TN* *Last updated: 2026-10-09*
