Our freestanding cold plunge barrel design allows you to plunge in second with an all-weather cover keeping your tub free from debris, a thermo-lid which traps cold air maintaining lower temperatures and 5 other key accessories including a neck support and large ice pack to allow you to increase intensity while maintaining optimum form.

Review: hard to get temperature down to required level - Arrived on time and relatively straight forward to assemble . The disappointing aspect of this product ( but probably the same for most of these ice baths at this entry level) is that I couldn't get the temperature down to sufficiently low levels even with (12kgs) the ice bag included ....you get what you pay for I guess.
Review: Fantastic quality product - a great package! - So after researching about ice baths and cold water therapy, I was surprised to see how affordable this was. The ice bath comes with all the necessary bits and bobs to get started and also some extras like a back and neck pillow and a cover for the tub, foot pump and everything needed to get started. It was super easy to put together (I am not the best at things like that, but it really was easy) and the whole thing is sturdy, easy to get in and out of (I am 50 and not particularly athletic) and looks very neat too. Delivery was very quick - it arrived next day, well packaged and with a carry bag for the accessories which means they can be stored away neatly. I would absolutely recommend this - really pleased with it!

Arrived on time and relatively straight forward to assemble . The disappointing aspect of this product ( but probably the same for most of these ice baths at this entry level) is that I couldn't get the temperature down to sufficiently low levels even with (12kgs) the ice bag included ....you get what you pay for I guess.

So after researching about ice baths and cold water therapy, I was surprised to see how affordable this was.
