I am by no means a purist, I just love a nice nutty flavor for my daily lattes. I have to say this one is delicious! It tastes like toasty pistachios, and pairs very well with vanilla and ube. I didn't find it to be bitter, it was creamy/ foamed up nicely, and the color is very rich. I think this brands overall pricing is fair , for a notable step up from store bought matcha.
