I ordered the largest one on offer as I used to be a weightlifter/bodybuilder. Some 30 years ago I displaced my elbow and it keeps popping from time to time. I tried this support sleeve twice and the first time was just for a few hours to test it out and it was ok. The second time I wore it for longer and my hand ended up swollen very badly as a result. The problem is the sizing, not everyone is stick thin.
