**Q: how do i buy just one? All i can see is after I choose the quantity,  asks how frequent I want it delivered (every 2 wks, up to every 6 mon).**
A: For the life of me I don't understand why people buy rubs like this.
I like Malcolm but you should just make your own rubs. It's not that difficult.

A: Yes! it's a pepper-heavy rub that was designed for brisket and beef

**Q: Is calcium silicate required for these rubs? Only reason I didn’t pull the trigger on the buy.**
A: It’s not required but those rubs that do not contain them have a tendency to harden and begin to cake up. This is present to prevent caking of the bottle of rub.
