**Q: is this the item i need which keeps the screen door attached to the front door so,they both open at same time**
A: Yes, this will attach the screen to the door, or latch the screen closed if the main door is opened.  Make sure you get the orientation correct (left or Right).  Also make sure your old one is plastic as there are some new ones using an metal latching mech.

**Q: Do you determine if it's right or left handed by facing the door from the "inside"of the rv or facing the door from the "outside of the rv?**
A: From the inside facing out.  I have replaced this thing a few times and almost always ordered the wrong one, I saw on a manufacturers web-site that you MUST be inside facing the door looking out.  Here is something I used with my last order:FAQQ. How do I know if I need right or left?A. When standing inside the vehicle looking out if the hinge is on the left of the door the right hand latch is used (SKU 37376), if the hinge is on the right use the left hand latch (SKU 37381)Q. Distance of screw holes?A. Distance of the screw holes 3 and 1/4"

**Q: In a review someone said it only came with the actual handle.  I need the latch part that mounts to the door frame too.  Are all pieces included?**
A: It comes with everything to replace your existing handle latch.  When we replaced our broken latch, the screw holes even lined up perfectly with our old latch/handle.

**Q: Will this fit the screen door of a Jayco Jayfeather...right entry?**
A: Not sure
