The price is good and the quality is amazing. The belt itself is thick as it should be and the size seems to be correct. Medium - 30/32 and you can always make some more holes. 5/5 !! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Classic weight lifting belt. *by A***R on 7 February 2020* Second time I've purchased this as my first belt was stolen from the gym.Looks great and is really well made. The belt gives you the additional support needed to go a little bit heavier whilst staying safe. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Offers support, helps squats, shoulder presses and deadlifts *by M***P on 23 April 2012* I bought this as I was starting to feel a little strain in my lower back whilst squatting and dead-lifting over about 140kg. There seems to be a lot of conflicting research about the use of belts, but I only use this for squats, deadlifts and shoulder presses (not constantly in the gym, like some in there seem to do) and for each of these only my heaviest lifts in a session. It offers great support to the lower back and is comfortable to wear, although I had to put some effort in to get it on the first few times as the twin rows of belt holes are tight, after use they are now OK though.Some reviews claim wearing a belt adds 10kg to their lifts; I can't claim anything like that but it seems to help mitigate lower back strain and makes walking down the stairs from the weights room after squats and deadlifts less of a challenge. I now look forward to my deadlifts. A good purchase, and looks like it is built to last. I think if I buy another belt when I lose weight (p.s., at 40" waist I'm three holes from the end, so wouldn't buy this if over 42" waist) I'd buy one that is a consistent width all the way round, rather than slimmer at the front, but for this size belt I think it makes sense as it is. There is loads of scope for me to move inwards on this as well, so I reckon I'll be using this for while.
