Great for notice boards etc as they have a small "footprint" and you can see what is underneath. I was very happy when I found some on amazon and when I received them and tried, they were fine. But after a while, I wanted to attach a calendar to the frige and it would not hold it. The calendar was with several pages with notes as my friend had one of those attached to her fridge. So I understood that those were not as strong as the ones that my friend told me about and I was really disappointed because the name for them was absolutely the same and they looked almost the same as those strong push pin magnets. Eventually, I found some and got the good and strong ones from one american company.
