I saw a few comments that said something about the directions but it’s pretty self-explanatory and the directions, there really was no problem with there’s only one way this thing can go together so it’s not like you can mess it up unless you really try lol. I have seen some people say that it has come with pieces of the wicker or bamboo undone and I would say that’s possible but more likely because they use the razor blade to open the bag that portion comes in because if they don’t realize what’s in the bag because it’s not see-through, then they will have easily cut Some of the pieces and it’s put together in such a way that even if a few of the pieces were undone you could just tuck them back in where they came from because they’re not glued together in some fashion. It’s more like they made by hand with knots and there’s no way that one of these things being undone that’s gonna cause a problem. It’s a handmade item from the wicker side. I can’t imagine a machine that would actually be able to do this. It weighs about 90 pounds when it gets delivered but even if you can’t bring that into one piece, you can open the box and take out the pieces and bring them inside. It handles weight with no problem and outdoor uses. I would say just make sure you get the cover for it or at least take the cushions in. If you know it’s gonna rain even though they are weatherproof, I believe. The color is as described, and it is going to be very fun once it gets a little cooler out next to the fire pit. It’s an absolute bargain for the money and you could buy five of these for the price of one of them that had more complaints and less recommendations than this item. Pleasantly surprised by it.
