    Shame about the description and customer service !

Product is fine just the wrong colour and then as a misguided consumer we have to do the leg work to return the item.The description is/was clear (now changed) :-"1:18 SCALE LAMBORGHINI GALLARDO LP560-4 STREET VERSION DIECAST ORANGE BNIB NEW"An Orange version was my precise requirements because of a back story so our disappointment in receiving a different colour is understandable as it detracted from the impact at the time of gift giving.Also I do wonder why when a seller makes an error we as customers are still obliged to go through the trouble of arranging a return - surely as part of their service they could pro-actively collect and credit!
