The 2nd added star is because it’s the best powdered milk I’ve ever had, and I keep coming back to buy it even with the terrible packaging, making the gamble that the order will arrive sealed and foodsafe… because the milk itself really is THAT good.)The quality of the powdered milk itself is very good — IF it remains in the thin, zip-tied bag they ship it in. Unfortunately, the heat-sealed seam forming the bottom of the bag splits open inside the cardboard box as it makes its way through the postal system to you. Then your food product is no longer sanitary, and much of it is spilled and lost. I would totally buy this product again if they fix their severe packaging problem.
