Squatted all the way to 500 with them and they felt amazing. I wasn't having a good time with the sleeves (at that point in time). So, in a huge attempt to help me sort out what I wasn't liking, they sent me FREE sleeves to try in different sizes to provide feedback on. I now realize that most of my issues came from being a weightlifter at the time. I've since returned to powerlifting and all my concerns are now gone. It's all about context. I don't recommend these for bouncy, explosive movements like a snatch because that's where my complaints about how they felt seem to stem from.
