Install where RSRP is strongest (usually least obstructed side). Review: Game changer for my rural 5G - Due to being 'too close to the exchange' I'm not able to get fibre to my home so I have to run a 5G router. I purchased this antenna to improve stability and was not disappointed: before fitting: RSRP -103, RSRP-NSA -107, ping 370ms, download around 100 Mbps and upload 7 Mbps After fitting (currently still indoors as a temporary test: RSRP-NSA -99 to -101, ping 46ms, download 280 Mbps, upload 19 Mbps. The most surprising result was the antenna connecting to a completely different cell 2.2 miles away over open countryside, delivering far better performance than the closer mast 550m away that was obscured by trees. The 60-80 degree beamwidth made finding the right direction straightforward. Still to be permanently mounted externally — expecting further improvement. Highly recommended for rural 5G users with a compatible 4-port router. Only issue I had is that the TS9 adapters didn't fit snuggly into my Three router and were hard to keep in due to stiff cables. Two pairs of SMA to Ts9 tails fixed that nicely.

I've got it on top of my narrowboat and I'm getting speeds nearly 10 times faster than I did when I lived in a house in West Sussex, and it's not even facing in the right direction! 180mbs is more than I need so haven't bothered to redirect it. Have got it hooked up to a Cudy 4g/5g router and a Lycamobile sim for £12 a month.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Game changer for my rural 5G

Due to being 'too close to the exchange' I'm not able to get fibre to my home so I have to run a 5G router. I purchased this antenna to improve stability and was not disappointed: before fitting: RSRP -103, RSRP-NSA -107, ping 370ms, download around 100 Mbps and upload 7 Mbps After fitting (currently still indoors as a temporary test: RSRP-NSA -99 to -101, ping 46ms, download 280 Mbps, upload 19 Mbps. The most surprising result was the antenna connecting to a completely different cell 2.2 miles away over open countryside, delivering far better performance than the closer mast 550m away that was obscured by trees. Uesd in poor signal area. 4g slow 10mb down 3 up No 5G With antanna 4G 50mb down 40 up 5G 100 plus down 40 up It took some time to find the best position and direction to mass, but worth it.
