## Description

The Girl in the Eagle's Talons: the pulse-pounding DRAGON TATTOO thriller (Millennium, 7) : Smirnoff, Karin, Death, Sarah: desertcart.co.uk: Books

Review: Got To Love Lisbeth - A good storyline with some new characters, the ending seemed a bit rushed but aside from that as always all good.
Review: Worth reading if you are a fan - Absolutely loved the first three books by Stieg Larson but not so much the next three by David Lagerkrantz. I was hopeful that this would be better with a new author particularly as it must be difficult to follow in Larson's footsteps and I was concerned about the negative comments on here before I purchased it. I am no literary expert but the story has a good plot and enjoyable for a simple reader as myself. I will makes sure I have a list of characters for the next book though (not so easy looking up with a Kindle)

### ⭐⭐⭐ A good read
*by B***A on 21 January 2025*

A good read in the end, but seemed to me disjointed by the style of writing, which included quotes from somewhere apparently unconnected with the story, and flashbacks from the character's thoughts; so together with the somewhat disjointed writing style I almost gave up on the book. The plot was good enough, although it took a while to get going, and the ending seemed a bit rushed. I eventually became used to the rhythm of the writing and ended up quite enjoying the book. Sadly not a patch on the original trilogy.
