Baloons are too small to even try to rise with helium. They dont work at all.

This balloons can not hold helium or nitrogen so that they float. They are meant to be on sticks. This was disappointing since I bought them for balloon bouquets for my sons first birthday.

These are definitely made to be put on a stick. They do now float on their own. Plus side is that they are really cute and I would.buy again .
