I have to admit that even when this product showed up on prime deal days, I had high expectations!! And I was not disappointed!! In fact it exceeded my high expectations!! Flavor of alm 3 varieties is really great!! They’re creamy but don’t feel so creamy that they’re weighed down or full of fat!! I refrigerated them when they arrived on a Thursday and had the first one the very next day!! I csnt evaluate how they taste not refrigerated!! But cold, they are very tasty!! I’ve had one every day for lunch since and just placed my second order!! I highly recommend these from a taste perspective!! I am type 2 diabetic and my blood glucose reacts to anything I look at sideways when it is not supportive of my glucose level (haha! Of course I’m being silly and really mean that my glucose spin s if there’s too many sugars or carbs in something!! My glucose monitor has no problem letting me know when something has upset my glucose apple cart! And I’m happy to report thst these drinks did/do not do thst!! I am not a medical professional at all and everyone is different and you should check with your healthcare providers if you also hsve diabetes. But from a layman’s perspective…these drinks work well with my glucose!! Also need to mention thst from not experiencing n egative results I hsve experienced anything that could support its nutritional value such as increased energy, muscle gain, from the protein etc!! I’m disabled and not very physically active because of it. Perhaps I’d feel more if I was more physically active?? Hard to say!!🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ Drinks flavors and diabetes support, are approved by me!! Please take all comments in this review with a grain of salt and talk to your own healthcare providers to be safe!!
