The unit is compact in size and fits easily over the finger, one press of the button rotated the display to ease reading, but getting any more out of the unit - well, that's where the fun started! Amazon state that the manual is in both German and English - it wasn't - it was only in German. Rather than admit defeat, research identified that a re-badged version existed and that the manual for this was available in both languages.The unit has a mini-USB connector for connection to a pc, however, THIS DOES NOT WORK IF YOU USE A STANDARD USB LEAD, you HAVE to use the USB lead supplied with the unit (the mini-USB socket on the unit is actually a serial port) and the cable contains a serial-USB converter, which Windows 10 should recognise and install - my W10 x64 did not install the drivers correctly, though the W10 x86 version did. For those needing the 64-bit drivers, go to the Silicon Labs website at silabs.com/products/development-tools/software/usb-to-uart-bridge-vcp-drivers.The supplied software works well and allows for far more detail than the small display on the unit.Battery life is good with excellent standby time, with the internal battery being recharged when connected to its USB lead and a power source (any USB charger).
