Right off the bat I was completely blown away by the look of the pleather. It could pass for real leather easily. The craftsmanship on the outside of the bag was outstanding for the price. Now the reason for the 3 stars. They completely dropped the ball on the quality of the material inside the purse. The lining has a papery feel and is very thin. It was a tug of war to get the zipper's open and shut because material is not substantial enough to let the zipper's slide easily. If your not concerned with a thin lining then you'll be completely satisfied with this bag.*****Update*****I'm changing my star rating from 3 to 5 for this bag. After using this bag with it full of my "stuff" lol, wallet, make up bag, etc., I Absolutely Love it!!! Once I had all of my stuff inside, the bag is holding up great and I don't get that thin papery feel from the material anymore. Even the zippers work like a charm. I believe it has more to do with the sound of the inside material when you first take it out of the packaging. It's beautiful. It looks like real leather and it holds a lot. Feels soft and looks great. It is somewhat more of an orange/brown than true brown. Also, you will need to air it out for days because of the polyurethane odor. (Normal for this type of material) I've been airing it out for several days & am currently looking online for a faster result.
