Unfortunately, for the amount you get, it's not cheap. Comparatively, this Mother Earth corn is a much better value (at it's current price). I tossed some into my spiralized zucchini dish yesterday (sauteed) and it came out tasting as fresh and wonderful as the real deal. I didn't add any water to attempt what the product description refers to for rehydrating either. My husband was surprised when I told him it was freeze dried. I've placed it towards the back of our pantry because I have a feeling when he tries it, it'll become a snack that'll be gone before we know it, haha.
