Review: Sticky sticky! - This adhesive spray works great! My daughter uses it daily for her KT tape as she's in gymnastics for 4 hours of gymnastics. The hold on the tape and skin is strong and it's easy to use. It holds so strong that we have to soak the tape with water to take it off so it doesn't hurt. There is no discomfort while she's wearing it and working out. She has been needing to use lotion when not wearing though as it can irritate a little but I guess that's to be expected. So this might not be great for sensitive skin. Comes in a larger can than I thought and seems to be a great deal for cost. I would have preferred a spritzing bottle vs aerosol can but the adhesive would probably go on too thick with spritzing.

This adhesive spray works great! My daughter uses it daily for her KT tape as she's in gymnastics for 4 hours of gymnastics. The hold on the tape and skin is strong and it's easy to use. It holds so strong that we have to soak the tape with water to take it off so it doesn't hurt. There is no discomfort while she's wearing it and working out. She has been needing to use lotion when not wearing though as it can irritate a little but I guess that's to be expected. So this might not be great for sensitive skin.
