My vet prescribed vitamin K1 (2.5 mg to 5 mg per kg of weight for 21 days for my dog every 8-12 hrs) He had ingested rat poison and was treated almost 24 hrs later . He’s been with these vitamins for almost a week and the dog seems fine .
