So I bought this when my old belt had finally had it. I needed a quick and cheapish one and this seemed to fit the bill.It is a bit shiny compared to what I thought I was buying but I'm okay with that as long as it's not like patent shoes type shiny!! From the widest waist hole setting, I am one away from it. If I put waist mass on then I only have one hole left to expand to. I don't plan to put weight on, but there is an idea for sizing.I am pleased with it to be honest and would recommend. It seems a lot stiff and ridged but as it is warn it warms up the belt and it because less so. Remember belts have to be broken in like shoes over time.
