Review: Good customer service - Update: company contacted me to make right on the damaged items. 5 stars for customer service. The good: heats up well, nice looking, makes stones and bamboo sticks portable. The bad: I've only had this for a few months using 2x a month and the inner lining bag has ripped at the seam of the zipper (very thin and poorly sewn) with no replacement option. Also, most important the handle is sewn to elastic poorly and the stitching is coming undone... kind of the point of having a travel bag. Pretty disappointed at the shoddy craftsmanship.

Update: company contacted me to make right on the damaged items. 5 stars for customer service. The good: heats up well, nice looking, makes stones and bamboo sticks portable. I love this heated bamboo and stone set. It’s a great size and works wonderfully. It can get very hot so be mindful of the temperature setting. I had an issue with the inner bag I received but customer service was awesome!!! They gave me two replacement inner bags free of charge and were very helpful. I definitely recommend this brand 👍
