It does the job very well and hasn't broken. It beats swinging a sledge hammer plus the cup end makes it stay in place where a sledge hammer can sometimes miss.

**Q: 3inch id cup for jackhammer to drive well point**
A: I think 3” may be a stretch without measuring it but it might be able to do the job. If is wide enough it would definitely do the job. Very well made and very solid.

**Q: Will this bit work with makita's hm1810  breaker hammer?**
A: Not sure. It is supposed to be a standard fit and works great on my Milwaukee. It your Mikita takes the larger bits I’m sure it will work fine.

**Q: What diameter of stake can this drive?**
A: I bought mine to drive T post which are1 inch and a quarter and there's room so I'm thinking 1 and 1/2 to 1 and 3/4 at Max

I just have to give it five stars because I'm not using it as intended. I bought this thing as a post pounder, to drive in fiberglass posts in a fence row. I would imagine it could also work as well if not better with t-posts. It's very effective, and sturdy. I had to machine it to fit a different style of jackhammer, and the steel was somewhat hardened, and coated.
