Review: Faulty after three weeks. Replacement also faulty - Worked for three weeks before the water tank light started to stay on despite the tank being full and all troubleshooting done. Edit to add. desertcart replaced the faulty machine and one day after receiving the new one I’ve noticed that it’s leaking water from the plastic casing underneath. Totally unreliable so will be returning the replacement too.

Worked for three weeks before the water tank light started to stay on despite the tank being full and all troubleshooting done. Edit to add. Amazon replaced the faulty machine and one day after receiving the new one I’ve noticed that it’s leaking water from the plastic casing underneath. Totally unreliable so will be returning the replacement too.

De Longhi advised me that this model is a good basic coffee maker and I think I agree - its a recent puchase. The advice that cups should be pre-warmed is worth taking and the taste is good.
