In the photo it looks narrower than it is. **Q: could this be used to connect oven plus piezo electic ignitor for gas hob above oven** A: You need to check the paperwork with the hob. It should not be a problem although you may need to fit a small fuse box for safety as the electric ignitor may need a supply that is much less than the oven requires. The paperwork should tell you what amperage supply you need.
