Review: I haven't fully finished this book, (I'm pacing myself!) but it is excellent so far. This is a book with a 'slow burn' rather then a fast paced adventure. It ends the Wicked Years series by Gregory Maguire. He is fast becoming one of my favorite authors and this specific series of books is definitely worthy of a place on my 'favorites shelf'! Honestly, if you've enjoyed the series so far (starting with Wicked) then you definitely need to get and read this book. If nothing else, it finishes the set! Although sadly that means there will be no more of the Wicked Years to read... *sniffles sadly* I'll just have to finish off the last few chapters as slowly as I can to make it last..

Ich bin zu den Geschichten über das Musical Wicked, welches ich absolut liebe, gekommen. Die Idee ist einfach fantastisch und der Hintergrund zu dem Musical (welches doch sehr vereinfacht und teilweise falsch die Geschichte nachspielt) ist sehr spannend. Ich kann das Buch jedem empfehlen, der Zauberer von Oz kennt und Geschichten mit Twist mag :)

El libro que adquirí parecía haber estado almacenado no en las mejores condiciones, pues la parte de arriba de las hojas está amarilla y alguna de ellas marcadas o dobladas. Además, parece que la cubierta está parcialmente despegada de las hojas. Sin embargo, reconozco que se trata de un libro difícil de encontrar, al menos a través de una librería convencional y éste lo recibí en el período de tiempo establecido.
