A: No! I use the tool for grinding mower blades only.

**Q: Is this rated at least 11,000 rpm?**
A: This page is tricky - for the 5 inch Grinding Wheel, it states Max RPM 12,200

**Q: Would this be effective for grinding concrete or mortar?**
A: They make them for concrete, or metal. They are different composition. I guess it would work on concrete, but would probably load up. Better to order the ones made for concrete.
