I did not install it on the floor as suggested since I knew I’d just trip over it. Instead, I stuck it to the bottom of the door itself. It adhered well and installation took maybe five minutes, including trimming off the excess. I found it easiest to install the strip the cut off the excess with an X-acto knife.
