## Description

This Winco SPJL-4HL is a 1/2 size anti-jam steam table / hotel pan ideal for use in buffets, restaurants and catered events. This 4" deep food pan features stacking lugs ensuring food pans won’t stick together when nested for storage. Made from 25-gauge 18/8 grade stainless-steel, these pans are designed to withstand daily use in a foodservice environment. The reinforced corners ensure this pan can go from freezer to oven without warping. The rounded corners ensure food won’t stick for quick and easy clean up. Dishwasher safe. NSF certified.

Review: Great radiator pans! - Using as radiator pans, for humidity during the winter. I have an old school apartment that still uses these and they are veryyyyy effective but the old trays have rusted out and some are missing. This is a great cheap option that fit good for me. I had to fold one side in but was able to in like 2 minutes with a pair of linesmen pliers. Not its exact intended use but not far off from what they are actually used for. Figured I’d post incase anyone else wanted to do something similar

**Q: Would the perforated 1/2 fit inside the straight sided 1/2? To soak and then lift and drain?**
A: It should we sell them where I work to restaurant's all over the East Coast

**Q: What are all the dimensions of the half size pan?**
A: 20 5/8" L x 6 3/8" W x 2 5/8" Tthe inside dimensions are 19" x 4 1/2"

**Q: I plan on using this to boil a lot of water of a propane flame. Would this be able to hold up to that flame?**
A: Need something thicker. It would work for a while but you would run into problems.

**Q: Could these be used directly over a propane flame?**
A: Not for use over open flame... will warp pan.

Great purchase, very durable, high quality, worth the money. People don’t realize how useful hotel pans can be if you cook a lot. Great for storing things, keeping things warm in the oven, next to the grill, easy to clean, hasn’t rusted yet. Solid.
