I have a lot of other health issues going on, so I do not think it was because it was a defective product, just not the one for me.Anyway, a couple weeks after I bought it, I got a follow up e-mail from Supernova asking how the Probiotic was working for me. It was not just an automated response either, but real customer service. I was honest, and said it did not seem to be helping much but I wanted to continue to try. They responded immediately saying they want me to be highly satisfied with the product, and if I am not they will give me a refund right away. I gave it some more time...but then contacted them about a week later saying it still did not seem to be helping much.
