Ingredients          Acidity regulator (citric acid), magnesium carbonate (marine), natural flavors, sweetener (steviol glycosides), cholecalciferol, thiamin mononitrate.

                 Directions          Mix the Magnesion® Senior powder in a glass or cup with around 25 ml of warm or hot water. Let it fizz, then stir until dissolved. Fill the remainder of the glass or cup with warm or cold water (200 ml) and drink it calmly. Individual needs may vary. Start by taking 2 g (1 scoop) daily and gradually increase to maximally 4 g (2 scoops) per day. The daily dose can be taken at one time or split into 2 or 3 portions during the day.
