Review: Fantastic flavour and texture - The texture of the cookie is spot on, and the flavour was very good. It does have that cooling taste from the erythritol, so use the recommended coconut oil instead of unsalted butter and this evens out the effect. Delicious! ps, if you can't wait and eat them hot from the oven, they crumble and you'll burn your fingers. They taste better cold anyway :)

The texture of the cookie is spot on, and the flavour was very good. It does have that cooling taste from the erythritol, so use the recommended coconut oil instead of unsalted butter and this evens out the effect. Delicious! ps, if you can't wait and eat them hot from the oven, they crumble and you'll burn your fingers. They taste better cold anyway :)

Just started keto, bought for my partners birthday.. easy to follow instructions, looked good, but for me adjusting to keto, there was a strong aftertaste with the sugar substitute... could only eat one....so for us would not buy again.
